Practical details
Project Agreement: Following our initial consultation, I will create a Project Agreement detailing the deliverables, milestone schedule, and payment schedule for both parties to sign.
Price: I will either quote a fixed price based on your specific project, or an hourly rate if appropriate.
Payment: For new customers and for projects valued over $1,500 an upfront deposit of one third is required. The balance will be invoiced at the completion of the project or, for large projects, at intervals stated in the Project Agreement.
Revisions: I expect to nail it on the first try - but just in case, two rounds of adjustments are on me.
Expenses: All routine expenses are included. For non-routine expenses, I'll get your approval beforehand.
Cancellations: In the event you cancel the project at any stage, you agree to pay me for any time I've put in and any approved expenses I've incurred.
